Dead body of an Ahmadi Mirza Mohammad Ayub was disinterred from common graveyard and reburied in his own agricultural land in Chak 116/12-L, District Sahiwal.
Jan 09
Rabwah Police registered a false case under section PPC 342 and PPC 355 against seven Ahmadis including Mr. Saadi, General President of the Ahmadiyya Community at Rabwah and his assistant Mr. Hameedullah.

A false case under sections PPC 342 and PPC 355 was registered against five Ahmadi youths of Rabwah. They were arrested on Feb 5 and Feb 18.

Mr. Abdul Majid, President of the Ahmadiyya Community Chak 93/TDA was acquitted by the court eventually. He spent one year and eight months in prison.

Mian Iqbal Ahmad, Advocate, District President of the Ahmadiyya Community, was martyred at his home office in Rajanpur.

A case under sections PPC 298 and 297 was registered against entire Ahmadiyya Community of village Sadulla Pur, District Mundi Bahauddin for burial of an Ahmadi in common graveyard. Many Ahmadis were arrested and released from time to time despite stay order from higher courts.

A case under the anti-Ahmadiyya sections PPC 298B and 298C was registered against Mr. Nazir Ahmad for displaying photo of the founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement in his shop at Rabwah.

Mr. Suleman Ahmad of Dera Ismail Khan was booked under the anti-Ahmadiyya law PPC 298C for leading Ahmadis in prayers.
May 27
Four intruders entered Ahmadiyya Mosque at Bhukkur; beat up the caretaker and took away Satellite Receiver and Television set.
May 29
Police removed Kalima Tayyeba from an Ahmadi’s house at Rabwah. A case under anti-Ahmadiyya law PPC 298C was registered against Mr. Masood Ahmad and his son Mubarak Ahmad. Mubarak Ahmad was arrested.

The police booked Mr. Ghulam Hussain, an Ahmadi of Kotla Naseer district Rajanpur, under one of the Blasphemy clauses, PPC 295A.

Ms. Nasreen Tah and her brother Ehsanullah from Mardan, who are somewhat mentally retarded, were booked under Blasphemy Laws PPC 295B.

Police raided the house of local President of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Chak 295 G.B. Beranwala, District Toba Tek Singh and removed name plate with Kalima Tayyeba inscription.

Brig. (Retd.) Iftikhar Ahmad, a well-known Ahmadi was martyred by three assailants at his home in Rawalpindi.

Islamabad Police registered a case under PPC 295C and 298C, the Blasphemy Law and the Anti-Ahmadiyya Law, against two Ahmadis who jointly authored a book “Pakistan Key Mazhabi Acchoot” i.e. (Religious Dalits of Pakistan).

Home Secretary, Punjab issued a letter No. 1.2H/SPI.111/203 ordering immediate confiscation of an issue of the Ahmadiyya daily Alfazal (30.5.2003) and the monthly Khalid of June 2003, without a specific reference to the written material he considered objectionable.

Police undertook sacrilege and effaced Kalima Tayyeba from Ahmadiyya Mosque at Drigh Road, Karachi.

Mr. Munawwar Ahmad Khan, ex-chief of the District organization of Ahmadi elders, of Chak 82 D, District Sahiwal was seriously injured by two unknown bearded men who shot him at his doorstep and fled.

Ten Ahmadis were wrongfully charged for murdering Mulla Amir and his son in Chak Sikandar, district Gujrat. Six Ahmadis Muhammad Sadiq, Muhammad Idrees, Basharat Ahmad, Nasir Ahmad, Mian Khan and Bashir Ahmad were arrested. 18 more Ahmadis Mukhtar Ahmad, Rukhsar Ahmad, Bahawal Buksh, Mubarak Ahmad, Tariq Ahmad, Nadeem Ahmad, Bilal Qaisar, Qamar Zia, Humayan, Muhammad Saleem, Badar Munir, Khurram Munir, Muhammad Asif, Muhammad Afzal, Iftikhar Ahmad, Zafrullah, Ghulam Ahmad Tahir and Noor Muhammad were arrested under PPC 107/151 (abetment/ unlawful assembly).

A case under Ahmadi-specific law PPC 298C, was registered against Muhammad Arif for preaching to Mulla Allah Yar at Rabwah.

Ahmadiyya Mosque built by an Ahmadi at his own land, 18 years ago, in Ahmad Nagar district Jhang was sealed by authorities.

Mohammad Shah Alam, local President of Ahmadiyya Jamaat, Raghunathpur Bagh, Bangladesh was martyred in his house.

Mr. Daud Ahmad Muzaffar, a mentally unstable Ahmadi, was arrested and charged under PPC 298C at Rabwah.

President of the local Ahmadiyya community Chak 45/P, District R.Y. Khan, Mr. Ismail and his two sons Dr. M. A. Tayyeb and Mr. Tahir were charged under the Ahmadi-specific law PPC 298C. The father alongwith his one son was arrested.
