Sindh govt bans ‘objectionable’ books

KARACHI: The Sindh Home Department has, under Section 99-A of the Criminal Procedure Court, banned five books containing blasphemous material. The names of the books, which are banned are, Ahmadiat Yani Haqiqi Islam, Deeni Maloomat Ka Bunyadi Nisab, Durr-e-Sameen, Mohabbat Ke Mulk Ki Badashahat and Seerat Masih Maood Ki Philosophy Aur Maarfat. An official order said the books are to be forfeited with immediate effect. APP
