Ahmadiyya Mosque Security upped after threat from Khulna bigots Staff Correspondent, Khulna
Following fresh threats by Islamist bigots, security measures have been stepped up to protect the panicked Ahmadiyyas (also known as Kadianis) residing in the Nirala Ahmadiyya Mosque complex in the city.
Leaders of International Khatme Nabuwat Movement Bangladesh in a rally on Sunday warned the Kadianis of dire consequences if the signboard removed on Friday midnight is hung again.
Khulna chapter President of the fanatic organisation Maulana Emdadul Huq directed his followers to attack the Kadianis with clubs wherever they are seen.
Ahmadiyyas are non-Muslim and therefore they have no right to use the complex as mosque, he said.
Inmates of Nirala Ahmadiyya Mosque complex could not come out yesterday fearing attack by the zealots.
